Reclining Pose toe, which is sometimes called "Supta Padangusthasana" may sound simple on the surface, but this position may need changes Student special services. Here is an example of changes reclining big toe pose.
Q: My pupils complained of pain in his wrists, which lasts several days after the practice of yoga. While doing Supta Padangusthasana (lying big toe pose), we have been using a strap on cotton around the arch. Then, the webbing of his right hand, take a walk on the right side, and looking beyond our outstretched left arm, held up shoulder on the ground.
